Samsung Offering Free Mobile Phone on Every Laptop Purchase
| Samsung India has introduced a consumer promotion for its entire range of notebooks. the offer valid in March 2009, entitles Samsung notebook consumers to an assured gift of a Samsung J700 multimedia mobile phone worth Rs. 6,089 with every Samsung notebook. The Samsung mobile will be provided to the customer across the counter, along with the product. Ranjit Singh Yadav, Director-IT, Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. said, "With this special offer, we are providing our customers with the best computing products with our stylish mobile phones, thereby leveraging the synergy across the Samsung product portfolio to deliver great value to our customers." The Samsung Notebook lineup includes notebooks in different categories – Premium, Thin and Light X series; Mainstream Q series and the All rounder, value series – the R series. The offer is also valid on the Samsung N series of netbooks. The Samsung notebooks come with service, free pick-up and drop service (within the municipal limits of the service centre) and a 1 year international warranty. The multimedia J700 being provided to consumers comes with mirror metallic finish, 1.3 Mega pixel camera, MP3 Player and Bluetooth connectivity. Samsung notebooks are available to consumers at select Samsung Digital Plazas, micro retailers as well as large format retail.
